Lonely bikes

Questo è un progetto che sto continuando a portare avanti da circa un anno, e ancora, ovviamente, sono all’inizio.

L’intento è raccontare la nostra città quando, la sera, tutto si ferma. Facendo attenzione, le uniche protagoniste della scena sono le biciclette. Sole, silenziose, ma che raccontano ognuna una storia.

Di chi saranno? Di un avvocato? Di una commessa? Di un anziano o di un bambino che adesso sta dormendo? Forse di un prete… visto quante chiese ci sono, o forse chissà. Ognuna, però, ha qualcosa da dirci o da lasciarci immaginare…

Questo è quello che voglio raccontarvi… Questa è Lucca di notte.

The intent is to tell our city when, in the evening, everything stops. Paying attention, the only protagonists of the scene are bicycles. Alone, silent, but each one tells a story. Whose will they be? Of a lawyer? Of a shop assistant? Of an elder or a child who is now sleeping? Perhaps a priest … seen how many churches there are, or maybe who knows. However, each has something to tell us or let us imagine …
